A beautifully formed ashtray in genuine marble, turned into a torus — a smooth, continuous ring form with a hollow centre — in deep reddish-black tones with dramatic white veining throughout. The marble has a rich, dark ground that shifts between charcoal and burgundy-red depending on the light, with bold irregular white veins running across the polished surface. The marble is polished and the veining is particularly striking, running in bold irregular patterns across the surface.
